Marketing Specialist

Job description



As the Cloudalize Marketing Specialist, you will help to position and communicate the message about Cloudalize's offerings. You’ll help to enable and align the sales & marketing team to effectively generate leads and close opportunities. You’ll report to the new Sales & Marketing Team Lead.


Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:

  • Translate technical information into market-relevant, up-to-date and compelling sales material. This includes: presentations, one-pagers, brochures, web content, videos, white-papers, press releases, articles, advertisements for use in the North American and European markets
  • Organise and supervise Cloudalize's social media presence: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • Manage and maintain the WordPress-built website www.cloudalize.com
  • Conduct market research and analysis to develop compelling marketing strategies for new products: product positioning, unique selling points, customer profiles and targeting plans
  • Organise and plan marketing efforts for new product launches
  • Support the sales & marketing process with the maintenance of industry buyer personae, ideal-customer profiles, etc.
  • Analyse, report and communicate on the lead generation efforts
  • Ensure consistency and clarity of Cloudalize’s brand and message to the markets to which Cloudalize targets
  • Help to maintain marketing automation and good data management in the CRM

  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills
  • Creativity and communication skills
  • Structured approach, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and openness towards a variety of tasks
  • A real team player
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, WordPress and Microsoft 365 are a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics and graphics design software are a plus
  • Near native-English-language skills and a willingness to learn Dutch
