About the position

If you live and breathe digital marketing, you might be the rockstar we want to onboard to generate inbound leads in EMEA and US. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Professional to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.


Responsibilities

You 

  • Develop, plan and execute the digital marketing strategy, based on SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 
  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and results to meet 
  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals and results (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Communicate with and report to management about marketing goals and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • Proven 3+ hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a startup, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns for lead generation purposes
  • Demonstrable experience with creating, managing, optimising and analysing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, A/B and multivariate experiments and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent grasp of analytics tools, social media and website metrics, trends and best practices
  • Self-motivated, team- & goal-oriented
